2018 Election

Category

Yeah, so this one isn’t really about policy or the issues facing Texans in 2018 and beyond. This is more about a politician who looks and acts like a real human being.

As you know, Beto O’Rourke is pushing relentlessly to see and talk to as many Texans as possible as he seeks to unseat Ted Cruz. That push often includes multiples stops in several different counties each and every day.

He was recently caught at a Whataburger, which isn’t so unusual. What’s more interesting is that he was caught skateboarding in that Whataburger’s parking lot. See the video:

I’m going to leave work just a touch early today to canvass for the O’Rourke campaign in my neighborhood. It’s a lot of fun to canvass on behalf of someone who not only cares about the same Progressive ideals that I do, but also someone who seems like a cool guy to hang out with.

I’ll report back after the canvassing session this evening. In the meantime, if you haven’t already, sign up to volunteer for (or give to) the O’Rourke campaign, and let’s send this guy to the United States Senate!
